We were on the interstate and had a check engine light come on. I spoke to Warren on the telephone and the gentleman was very helpful in helping me determine if it was serious or not (it was not serious because, as he pointed out, the light was not flashing). He was so helpful that I wanted him to do further diagnostics. When we got to the shop, he worked us in immediately and determined that it was, indeed, not serious and we could continue with our travels. I was thoroughly impressed with the attention we got and the advice. And we were not charged for the diagnostics. I unconditionally recommend Warren Automotive. My only regret is that we do not live near them and we cannot use them for all of our automotive services.

Newer Vehicles Generate as Much As 25GB of Data/Hour according to McKinsey. Now That is Extremely Interesting! It is also daunting as we now need to know "what data" right? You also want to know where it is going if anywhere and who owns the data? All interesting questions that we never thought about. I was having trouble with my 2004 Chevy Impala hesitating upon takeoff. Thinking that it was needing a tune-up, my husband replaced the spark plugs and wires. But to no avail, that was not the problem. Upon the recommendation through one of my friends, Becky, she told me about Warren's Automotive on Waveland Cutoff Road. We took the car this morning to them. We had them do a diagnostic check. Their finding was two of the main coils were burned. They were able to replace them and get my car back to me within hours. They were very friendly courteous and prompt. The price was very affordable and fair. I would recommend these people to anyone.
