Warran's Automotive is the most honest AND competent shop I have ever encountered in my life. Please read the story on how I found this incredible shop!! I brought my vehicle to Warran’s after ANOTHER SHOP FAILED to fix it. That shop cut my exhaust WITHOUT permission simply because it was 'barely hanging on,' and they didn't bother to discuss my options before doing so. They only notified me AFTER they supposedly finished replacing the fuel pump, claiming they did it due to 'liability.' They then tried to explain that (over $1,500) tune-up—based on a quote I had requested SEPARATELY as routine maintenance—was the 'sole reason' my vehicle was misfiring and stalling, even though they had already identified the FUEL PUMP as the reason the car wouldn't crank. To be clear: the tune-up was never a suspicion of mine for why the car wouldn't start; I simply wanted to maintain my vehicle and chose to pay a professional rather than doing it myself, even though I am capable of doing much of my own work. They even tried to pressure me into a $350 battery (including labor), claiming the car wouldn't crank without it. My battery is less than a year old, so I highly doubted that was the issue. I knew 100% these were not the reasons my car wouldn't start; my 'BS meter' could tell they were not even certain of their own work. I had already paid that shop almost $1,000.00 for these exact issues, only to have the repair fail in less than 12 hours. Because I was stressed and overwhelmed, I used AI (Artificial Intelligence) to help navigate the situation. The AI noted that the 'misfires' and gurgling sounds were not a 'tune-up' issue at all and recommended Warran’s Automotive as an award-winning shop. (ALSO, PLEASE note that, a vehicle needing a tune-up absolutely can misfire, but this was NOT the reason! I know it was NOT!) AI advised me NOT to go back to the original shop, and I agreed. Warran’s handled everything with total integrity. From my first call on Monday, 3/30/26, Luis and the shop were honest and communicative. I had it towed in on Thursday, 4/2/26, and I was treated with the utmost respect by the entire family and the owner, Luis. They recommended Mossy Towing, who were equally professional and affordable. Every party involved kept me informed throughout this whole process. Warran's found the real issue immediately and confirmed: the Fuel Pump Driver Module, which is located UNDER the vehicle. They thoroughly inspected the new fuel pump the previous shop had installed and found a hose that had been CLAMPED SHUT. They fixed the installation error and welded my exhaust back together perfectly. I picked my 'baby' up on 4/3/26; the car is now super quiet, the check engine light is gone, and it runs like a dream. IMAGINE: picking up your car and it failing from 'repairs' in less than 12 hours vs. picking up your car and it is running better than before! They saved me thousands of dollars in repairs I was not fully ready to fork out YET and did NOT have saved—as I even told the previous shop I would bring it back when I had the funds because I needed my vehicle! Warran's treated this like a real emergency for a person with a big family. If you want a mechanic who actually knows what they're doing and won't feel as if you are being gas-lighted, go to Warran’s Automotive! Ultimately, I ended up paying more to have the 'real adults' step in and fix my vehicle after the previous shop failed to do so. I am sharing this because I want to save the next person from an absolute nightmare! Because of this experience, I will NOT be taking my vehicle anywhere else for future repairs. WARRAN'S AUTOMOTIVE IS THE ONLY SHOP I WILL TRUST from now on; I have FINALLY FOUND a shop I am committed to for ALL of my automotive needs with utmost CONFIDENCE. I highly recommend Warren's Automotive. 9060 Kiln/Waveland Cutoff Rd. Bay St. Louis, Ms. Diagnosed my problem with my 2016 Honda very quickly. Called with a quote, which was very reasonable, within two hours. I brought my car to Warren's Automotive in the morning and it was ready for me to pick up the same day. I will definitely go back, if needed. The owner and the mechanics are very knowledgeable, professional and courteous people. I recommend anyone for their services.

We were on the interstate and had a check engine light come on. I spoke to Warren on the telephone and the gentleman was very helpful in helping me determine if it was serious or not (it was not serious because, as he pointed out, the light was not flashing). He was so helpful that I wanted him to do further diagnostics. When we got to the shop, he worked us in immediately and determined that it was, indeed, not serious and we could continue with our travels. I was thoroughly impressed with the attention we got and the advice. And we were not charged for the diagnostics. I unconditionally recommend Warren Automotive. My only regret is that we do not live near them and we cannot use them for all of our automotive services.
